Seller Agreement

Transaction Fee. You agree to pay Apparatus Exchange a platform transaction fee equal to 8% of the final sale price upon closing based on your selected package. This fee is automatically deducted from the escrow balance at closing before proceeds are released to you.

180-Day Tail Clause. If your ambulance sells to any buyer introduced through Apparatus Exchange within 180 days of listing removal, the agreed transaction fee applies.
