No Upfront Fee. There is no cost to list your apparatus. Listing and exposure are provided at no charge.
Transaction Fee on Sale. You agree to pay Apparatus Exchange a transaction fee equal to 8% of the final sale price upon closing based on your selected package. This transaction fee is earned in exchange for professional listing services, national buyer exposure, and transaction support.
Buyer Introduction Tracking. All buyer inquiries route through Apparatus Exchange first, creating a documented record of the introduction.
180-Day Tail Clause. If your apparatus sells to any buyer introduced through Apparatus Exchange within 180 days of your listing being removed, the agreed transaction fee rate applies.
Closing Notification Required. You agree to notify Apparatus Exchange within 5 business days of accepting an offer or completing a sale.
Payment at Closing. Upon closing, Apparatus Exchange's platform fee is automatically deducted from the escrow balance before proceeds are released to you. No separate invoice is required — the escrow account handles distribution.
